We recommend that you use mild cleansers, moisturisers and sunscreens as you ramp up to using the Unblemish Regimen twice a day. Avoid other products containing acne ingredients such as Benzoyl Peroxide and Salicylic Acid, Retinoids, Alpha-Hydroxy Acids, such as Glycolic Acid, or any scrubs and mechanical brushes, as they can result in irritation. Slight tightness or mild redness may indicate that your skin is adjusting to the ingredients in the skincare Regimen. This is a common occurrence and may last up to two weeks. If you experience dryness while using the Unblemish Regimen, layer a moisturiser over Unblemish Dual Intensive Acne Treatment, such as Active Hydration Serum or Soothe Moisture Replenishing Cream.

You can use this skincare Regimen for as long as needed, but just because your skin is clear doesn't mean it's time to stop. Continuous use of the Regimen will help keep your skin clear. Once your skin has been acne-free for an extended period of time, you may consider shifting to once-a-day use of the Unblemish Regimen and start introducing our Redefine Regimen or Reverse Regimen into your daily routine.

You may use the Unblemish Regimen to address body acne as well. Ramp up as directed to twice a day as needed to control acne breakouts on the body. When using the Unblemish Regimen on the body, apply a lightweight moisturiser if skin feels dry. Be aware that Benzoyl Peroxide can bleach fabrics, so wear white clothing and use white linens and towels.

After using Unblemish Regimen for four weeks, you can patch test Redefine Intensive Renewing Serum in the evening after Unblemish Dual Intensive Treatment (Step 3). Begin using Intensive Renewing Serum three nights a week and increase to every night as tolerated. And, of course, a broad spectrum sunscreen is the most important weapon in your anti-ageing arsenal.
