Stanford-trained Dermatologists Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields founded Rodan + Fields with the belief that clear, healthy-looking skin brings confidence. It is their mission to give consumers the best skin of their lives and bring dermatology-inspired skincare to everyone. The Doctors continue to practice and see patients, as well as teach at Stanford University, where they both completed their residencies. Dr. Katie Rodan received her bachelor’s degree with high honors in history from the University of Virginia and her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. Diane Dietz is the CEO and President of Rodan + Fields, a leading skincare brand in North America. During Diane's tenure, the brand has experienced unprecedented growth, exceeding a billion dollars in sales through its unique Consumer Connected Commerce business model. Diane is also leading global expansion plans and growing the brand with an increased pace of innovation. Prior to Rodan + Fields, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Safeway, one of the largest grocers in North America. She was responsible for managing the $38B P&L and all aspects of operations including merchandising, marketing, digital, supply chain and the award-winning private label brands. Previously, she spent 18 years with Procter & Gamble where she's credited with the rejuvenation and expansion of the Crest brand franchise. She also played a critical role in the Gillette acquisition and integration of the Oral-B business unit globally. Diane sits on the Board of Directors for the Whirlpool Corporation and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital.
Dimitri Haloulos is the Chief Growth Officer at Rodan + Fields. In this role, Dimitri is focused on the company’s growth strategy and building, as well as expanding the Rodan + Fields brand. As Chief Growth Officer, he oversees the Global Innovation, Global Expansion, Brand and Digital Marketing, Corporate Strategy + Insights and Global Strategy functions. He brings extensive omni-channel and global experience to Rodan + Fields and has deep expertise in the health and beauty industry. Most recently, Dimitri served as CEO of BevMo! and he has also held leadership positions at Albertsons and Procter & Gamble. A West Point graduate with an MBA from Indiana University, Dimitri has served as an officer in the United States Army.
Deanna Jurgens is the Chief Global Sales Officer at Rodan + Fields. In this role, Deanna is focused on global revenue growth and driving strategy in partnership with the R+F Field organization and Consultant community in the US, Canada and Australia. As Chief Global Sales Officer, Deanna oversees R+F’s Global Sales Teams as well as Learning and Development, Field Marketing and Communications, and Programs and Recognition for our 200,000+ Consultants. She brings to R+F more than 25 years of experience at CPG brands including PepsiCo, Campbell Soup and Universal Interactive Games and significant experience leading large field organizations. Deanna completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
As Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Rodan + Fields, Chris Newman is responsible for leading the company’s Global Finance and Legal Operations to support the company’s significant growth momentum. Chris brings more than 25 years of finance and operations experience at leading global consumer brands, including Serena & Lily, Restoration Hardware, Limited Brands (operator of Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works and others) and PepsiCo. Most recently, Chris was Chief Operating Officer at Serena & Lily, where he had responsibility for all Financial and Operational Systems. Chris has led high-performing Finance and Operations Teams in complex business environments with an unrelenting focus on serving customers. He started his career at J.P. Morgan and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University.
Dr. Timothy Falla is the Chief Scientific Officer at Rodan + Fields, responsible for the company’s product innovation pipeline, product development, scientific brand equity and defining the strategy to achieve our leadership position in the global premium skincare market. For more than 25 years Dr. Falla has worked in the discovery and development of prescription drugs, OTC dermatology products and skincare products. His work has resulted in more than 20 patents and patent applications and over 100 peer-reviewed publications. Dr. Falla holds a BS in Applied Biology from the University of Wales, Cardiff and a PhD in Molecular Epidemiology from Oxford University and the University of Wales, Cardiff. He conducted his post-doctoral research at the Antimicrobial Research Centre at the University of Leeds, UK and the Department of Microbiology at the University of British Columbia, Canada.
As Chief Information Officer at Rodan + Fields, Steve Dee leads the company’s global information technology organization, defining and advancing the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure to support Rodan + Fields’ growth plans. Steve brings more than 25 years of technology and digital experience to the company, with experience at leading brands like Nike, J. Crew, and Accenture. Most recently, Steve was the Vice President of Technology at Nike where he was responsible for leading the Global Wholesale, Brand Marketing, and Converse Technology teams, including Nike’s biggest digital asset, Nike.net. Prior to Nike, Steve held CIO and CTO positions at J.Crew and Hayneedle. Steve started his career at Accenture and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
Bryan Wayda serves as Chief Supply and Service Officer for Rodan + Fields where he oversees Customer Care and end-to-end Supply Chain Operations, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing and fulfilment. Bryan’s leadership has helped optimise operational excellence and enhanced the execution of core business operations to support the company’s significant growth. Bryan is a customer-focused leader with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain organisations. Most recently, Bryan was Vice President of North America Supply Chain at Coty. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Avon, where he improved and scaled operations for global growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
