Stanford-trained dermatologists, Dr. Katie Rodan and Dr. Kathy Fields, founded Rodan + Fields with the belief that clear, healthy-looking skin brings confidence. Dr. Katie Rodan received her bachelor’s degree with high honors in history from the University of Virginia and her medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. Diane Dietz is the CEO and President of Rodan + Fields. During Diane's tenure, the brand has experienced unprecedented growth exceeding a billion dollars in sales through its unique Consumer Connected Commerce model. Diane is also leading aggressive global expansion plans and growing the brand with an increased pace of innovation. Prior to Rodan + Fields, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Safeway, one of the largest grocers in North America. She was responsible for managing the $38B P&L and all aspects of Operations including Merchandising, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain and the award winning Private Label Brands. Previously, she spent 18 years with Procter & Gamble, where she is credited with the rejuvenation and expansion of the Crest Brand franchise. She also played a critical role in the Gillette acquisition and integration of the Oral-B business unit globally. Diane sits on the Board of Directors for the Whirlpool Corporation.
As Chief Financial Officer at Rodan + Fields, Chris Newman is responsible for leading the company’s Global Finance and Legal Operations to support the company’s significant growth momentum. Chris brings more than 25 years of finance and operations experience at leading global consumer brands, including Serena & Lily, Restoration Hardware, Limited Brands (operator of Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works and others) and PepsiCo. Most recently, Chris was Chief Operating Officer at Serena & Lily, where he had responsibility for all Financial and Operational Systems. Chris has led high-performing Finance and Operations Teams in complex business environments with an unrelenting focus on serving customers. He started his career at J.P. Morgan and holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Brown University.
Elisabeth Charles is the Chief Marketing Officer for Rodan + Fields. As CMO, Elisabeth drives the vision and strategy for Brand Marketing, Creative and Consumer Loyalty. She also spearheads consumer engagement, marketing for product launches and global campaigns, and drives forward the brand’s digital marketing strategy. Elisabeth brings more than 25 years of experience scaling and managing international, high-growth companies and driving marketing campaigns for iconic brands. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President, General Manager of Old Navy Outlet, following CMO roles at Old Navy and Athleta. She has also held Executive Marketing roles at Petco Animal Supplies and Victoria’s Secret. Elisabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in international political economy from the University of California, Berkeley and has a master’s degree from Harvard Business School.
As Chief Field Operating Officer, Heidi Wissmiller leads the vision for the Rodan + Fields Global Sales Organization, including strategy and execution, Global Programs and Recognition, as well as Field Marketing and Communications. Heidi also leads the company’s virtual platform strategy for our growing and powerful community of Independent Consultants. Heidi brings more than 25 years of experience from the Consumer Products industry to Rodan + Fields. Prior, Heidi was Chief Executive Officer at Micro Analytical Systems. She has also held senior leadership positions at globally recognised consumer products companies, including PepsiCo, E&J Gallo Winery and Nabisco. Heidi holds a bachelor’s degree in communications management from the University of Portland and a certificate in Finance for Executives from the University of Chicago.
As Chief Technology Officer at Rodan + Fields, Ralph Loura defines and advances the company’s technology strategy and infrastructure to support its significant growth and deliver user-friendly digital experiences. Prior to joining R+F in 2016, Ralph served as the CIO for HPE’s Enterprise Group and HPE Labs. He joined HPE from The Clorox Company, where he served as SVP and CIO. Prior to The Clorox Company, he held senior technology leadership roles at several companies. Ralph has received numerous industry awards, including Computerworld's 2012 Premier 100 IT Leaders, Consumer Goods Technology's 2013 CIO of the Year and HMG Strategy’s 2017 Transformational CIO Leadership Award. Ralph is a founding board member of the TBM Council, serves as chair of the University of California, Berkeley Fisher Center San Francisco CIO Forum and serves on several CIO advisory boards. Ralph holds a master’s degree in computer science from Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and computer science from Saint Joseph’s College.
Lynn Emmolo is the Chief Global Officer for Rodan + Fields. In this role, Lynn defines the global roadmap for R+F and is laser focused on expansion into new markets, as well as the brand’s international business development. Previously, Lynn was Chief Brand Officer at R+F and still plays an active role defining the company as a life-changing skincare brand. A beauty industry veteran, Lynn brings over 30 years of experience to Rodan + Fields working with international corporations such as L’Oreal and Avon, as well as entrepreneurial startups such as Living Proof and Sally Hershberger. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and international business from New York University.
Bryan Wayda serves as Chief Supply and Service Officer for Rodan + Fields where he oversees Customer Care and end-to-end Supply Chain Operations, including planning, sourcing, manufacturing and fulfilment. Bryan’s leadership has helped optimise operational excellence and enhanced the execution of core business operations to support the company’s significant growth. Bryan is a customer-focused leader with more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale supply chain organisations. Most recently, Bryan was Vice President of North America Supply Chain at Coty. Previously, he held various leadership positions at Avon, where he improved and scaled operations for global growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in business administration from DePaul University.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Paige Gruemmer leverages her experience to develop and scale the Rodan + Fields culture and values, acquire high performing talent and build the leadership pipeline. Paige has more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing and managing people initiatives and programs for high-growth companies. Most recently, Paige held a variety of global leadership positions at Visa, including Regional Head of HR, Asia-Pacific Region and Regional Head of Human Resources for The Americas. Paige began her career as an employment attorney and holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
Amnon Rodan serves as Chairman of Rodan + Fields and plays a critical role in driving the Company’s strategic vision and direction. As Board Chair for R+F’s philanthropic arm, Prescription for Change (PFC) Foundation, Amnon is committed to providing life-changing experiences for the company and its communities and serving youth with life-changing empowerment programs. Amnon brings over 25 years of business development and marketing experience to R+F. He received a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Loyola Marymount.
