RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE FORM

Print and complete the Return Authorisation Form.

Information regarding your order is available in your Order History after logging into your account, or alternatively on your order confirmation email.

STEP 2: SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS

We suggest that you send your return via Australia Post for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

Send your completed form, together with the product(s) via Australia Post to:

Please insure your package for the value of its contents, as refunds cannot be processed for packages lost in transit.

WHAT IS THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE?

Rodan + Fields has a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee which is in addition to the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

ARE YOU A PREFERRED CUSTOMER (PC)?

If you’d like to remove a product you’re returning from future monthly orders, update your subscription by logging in to your account. Select My Account from the top right corner, then Manage Subscription, then you can remove a product by changing the quantity.

ARE YOU AN INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT?

How do I know if my Rodan + Fields products are authentic?

Authentic Rodan + Fields products can only be purchased through an Independent Consultant or on rodanandfields.com.au. Please be aware that if you find Rodan + Fields products on any other website, the sales are unauthorised and may be counterfeit.
