Yes, as with any chemical exfoliant product, you may experience a slight tingling sensation when using R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™. This sensation should subside in a few seconds. If tingling persists longer than a few seconds or becomes intense, rinse it off and consult your doctor if irritation persists. However, please note that R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ is not recommended for sensitive skin. If skin becomes irritated, stop using R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ for a few days until the skin recovers. If you are concerned about an allergy, first speak with your doctor and then (with their approval), try a sensitivity patch test before beginning to use R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ as follows:

• Apply a small amount of the R+F Peel on the jawline or neck.
• Repeat this process three times a day in the same area as originally applied, for three days.
• Watch for any signs of redness, dryness, irritation or swelling. If you determine you are sensitive to R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™, discontinue use

If you're experiencing any of the following: irritation, redness, skin feels tight or sensitised, small breakouts, you might be over exfoliating. If this happens, stop using R+F Multi-Acid Enzyme Peel™ for a few days until the skin recovers. You may re-introduce R+F Peel into your routine with once a week for the first week, twice a week for the second week and then ramping up to 3X a week as tolerated. The following steps can help prevent over exfoliation:
• Ramp up usage to get skin acclimated: 1X for the first week, 2X for the second week and then ramping up to 3X a week as tolerated.
• Limit use with other products that contain chemical or physical exfoliants, until skin has acclimated.
• Do not use exfoliant products on the same day, immediately after each other.
• Use exfoliating products on alternate days.
• Reduce the exfoliation of physical exfoliants by adding water and massaging gently using fingertips on wet skin.
• It’s crucial to apply a broad-spectrum SPF every morning, re-apply when out every 2 hours, and after swimming and exercise and seek shade to avoid sun sensitivity.

Both the REDEFINE Overnight Cream + Lotion contain Retinoid Science + exclusive Peptide Technology. Choose either our cream or lotion based on personal preference + skin type with the knowledge + confidence that both deliver the same great results. While both are suitable for all skin types, our cream is best for normal to dry skin + our lotion is best for combination to oily skin. Or you might also consider your environment. If you live in a more humid climate, you might prefer a lightweight Lotion for day + night use. However, if you live in an arid or dry climate, you may prefer more moisturising day + night creams. This could also change with seasons, using a Cream in the winter + a lotion during the summer.

However, be aware that the skin on the neck and décolletage can be more delicate. For aging hands, we only recommend using either of the REDEFINE AM + PM moisturisers.

Both REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream + Lotion Broad Spectrum SPF contain chemical sunscreen ingredients. Both are formulated with a stabilised avobenzone as part of the Shield^RF Technology to provide effective broad-spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 15 protection + help reduce early signs of skin aging. Chemical sunscreens tend to feel lighter + do not leave a white cast on your skin. REDEFINE Triple Defense Cream + Lotion feel moisturising, but not heavy or oily.

When starting a new, potent skincare routine, use once every other day for the first week or two and increase to twice daily as tolerated, avoiding the eye area

• Step 1 AM/PM - REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser - Wet skin and gently massage evenly over the face. Rinse well + pat dry.
• Step 2 AM/PM - REDEFINE Pore Refining Toner - After cleansing, use a gauze pad to apply over face + neck. Do not rinse.

The REVERSE deep exfoliating cleanser is powered by a combination of chemical + physical exfoliators to instanly reveal smooth, clear, healthy-looking skin. Our exfoliating cleanser refines uneven texture + tone. AHAs help enhance natural skin turnover, removing over-pigmented surface cells for more even-looking, luminous skin. Our lactic and glycolic acid (AHAs) exfoliator washes away impurities while buffing and micro-refinishing the skin’s surface. With regular use, you can enhance skin turnover and remove over pigmented surface cells for a more even skin tone and a more luminous, translucent-looking appearance. REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser should only be used as a facial cleanser and should not be used around the delicate eye area. To remove eye makeup, we suggest using ESSENTIALS complete eye makeup remover before step 1 of your nighttime regimen.

To ramp up we suggest using the REVERSE Deep Exfoliating Cleanser, once every other day for the first week. Increase to twice daily as tolerated. Use a gentle cleanser when not using the Deep Exfoliating Cleanser.

• Patch test on a small area of skin prior to use on full face + neck.
