The New Customer Offer Welcome25 (“Promotion”) is a limited time promotion that offers Rodan + Fields (“R+F”) first time customers the opportunity to place an order with ‘Welcome25’ coupon code (‘HYDRATE25’ coupon code in US only) and receive 25% discount on their first order (pretax and shipping in the U.S. or Canada; inclusive of tax but exclusive of shipping in Australia) during the Promotional Period. This promotion is available for guest users that are placing their first orders, Retail customers’ enrollment orders and PC enrollment orders. The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and its territories, including the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico, Canada, and Australia. Rodan + Fields Brand Consultants, existing Rodan + Fields Preferred Customers and Rodan + Fields company employees, including employees of all R+F affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Other discount promotions can’t be applied with this promotion and Regimen sets listed below and Pure C Serum are excluded from this Promotion. This Promotion is valid in the U.S., Canada, and Australia. In the U.S. and Canada, the Promotional Period begins April 1, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. PT and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

However, we believe in good faith that the value of any Promotion we offer is reasonably related to the value of any personal information you provide to us. The method for calculating the value would include the value of anticipated revenue from the Promotion; costs associated with facilitating and managing the Promotion; expenses incurred in the storage, retention and use of the information; and all other costs reasonably related to the Promotion.
